By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BillBag ("the App", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

BillBag provides mobile invoicing, billing, customer and item management, tax calculation, and PDF document generation designed for businesses, freelance professionals, and retail merchants.

3. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login credentials. You are responsible for all activities and transactions performed under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.

4. User Responsibilities & Tax Compliance

BillBag assists you with arithmetic calculations, GST formatting, and document generation. However:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all business details, tax rates (CGST/SGST/IGST), customer details, prices, and discounts entered on invoices.
• BillBag does not provide formal legal, financial, or tax advice. You remain responsible for compliance with applicable local taxation laws, commercial invoicing standards, and financial regulations.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain all rights and ownership to the business names, logos, customer directories, and invoice records you upload or create in BillBag. BillBag grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your devices in accordance with these Terms.

6. Termination & Deletion

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of fraudulent activity or violation of applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

BillBag is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BillBag and its developers disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall BillBag be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
